How to use Syoss Brow Tint Black Permanent Eyebrow Dye?
You apply the eyebrow dye very easily in just ten minutes.
Step 1: Cleanse your eyebrows thoroughly.
Step 2: Mix the color cream and the developer emulsion according to the instructions for use. Apply the mixture to your eyebrows with the handy application brush.
