Kruidvat Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate) can be used both in the household and for internal and external care. It is also known as baking soda.
How do you use Kruidvat Baking Soda?
Internal use: add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day. Are you using it as a leavening agent? Then add an acid (for example, lemon juice). One part is equal to three parts baking powder.
External use: use it as bath salts by adding approximately 100 grams to a warm bath. It can also be used as a natural cleaning agent or as laundry detergent. For the latter, add a tablespoon of baking soda to your washing machine or let it soak for an hour as a stain remover and then wash your clothes on a normal cycle.
Keep out of reach of children. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
