How do you use the Depend Gel iQ Basecoat?
Important: If the basecoat, colored nail polish, or topcoat comes into contact with the skin around your nail, remove it before curing with a pre-cleaner on a cotton swab. This also applies to steps 2, 3, and 4 below.
Step 1: cleaning with a pre-cleaner
Clean your nails thoroughly with a pre-cleaner. Let your nails dry completely for 30 seconds. Do not touch the nail surface after cleaning.
Step 2: Basecoat
Apply a thin layer of Depend Gel iQ Basecoat. Cure for 30 seconds under a UV LED lamp.
Step 3: Color polish
Now apply a thin layer of colored gel polish. Cure for 30 seconds under a UV LED lamp. Repeat this for a second thin layer.
Step 4: Topcoat
Apply a thin layer of topcoat gel polish and cure again for 30 seconds under a UV LED lamp.
Step 5: Finish with a cleanser
Remove the sticky layer with a cleanser. Use one cotton pad per nail, leave it on the nail for five seconds, and then gently wipe clean.
Note: wash your hands/feet thoroughly with soap and water afterwards.
